Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access this website, information (server log files) is automatically collected. This data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted.

Web analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free and privacy-friendly analytics service. No personal data is stored, no cookies are set, and no IP addresses are collected. The analysis is fully anonymized and can be used in compliance with GDPR without consent.

Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, your information (name, email address, message) is transmitted to us via Resend. The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not stored permanently. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Project Wizard / AI-Powered Concept Generation

Our Project Wizard allows you to describe your project idea in a structured way. We collect contact details (name, email, optionally company) as well as project-related information (project type, budget, features, design preferences).

For the automatic generation of a wireframe concept, only anonymized project data is transmitted to an AI service (Anthropic, USA). Personal data such as name, email address, or company name is never shared with the AI service.

The anonymized project data and the generated wireframe concept are stored on Vercel Blob Storage for 90 days and can be accessed via an individual link. After 90 days, the data is automatically deleted.

Your contact details are used exclusively to send a confirmation email and for internal processing of your inquiry via Resend.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by contacting us via email.

Data transfer to Anthropic (USA) is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic is DPF-certified.

Flowra waitlist

When you sign up for the Flowra waitlist, we process the following data: email address, studio name, optionally your current booking system, and for technical reasons a cryptographic hash of your IP address (to document consent).

Purpose: to inform you about the status and the launch of Flowra and to offer you onboarding.

Legal basis: your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Retention: until you withdraw your consent, at most 24 months from sign-up.

Withdrawal: possible at any time, informally by email to hi@trovaralabs.de or via the unsubscribe link in every follow-up email.
