How Aimée runs her studio with Flowra
Aimée Speiser-Gah runs Mandala Café & Yoga in Oberstdorf — yoga, workshops, a small café. The software behind it is Flowra.
Before, a lot of time went into admin: keeping classes up to date, notifying everyone individually when a class was cancelled, handling vouchers and receipts on the side — all held together by hand.
Today Aimée creates a class in two minutes. When something is cancelled, Flowra takes care of the refund and the mail to all participants — before Aimée even opens her laptop.

- We migrated an existing studio in one morning — customers, class passes, and open bookings included.
- Do I get my own domain?
- Yes, your own subdomain or custom domain including HTTPS on request.
- Is Flowra GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Hosted in Germany, no trackers, no third-country transfers — and a dedicated section in our privacy policy.
- Can I use Stripe?
- Yes. You use your own Stripe account; payments go directly to you, not via us.
- When does the beta start?
- Once multiple studios are on the waitlist and the multi-tenant rebuild is done. Waitlist members will be invited first.
